Dust Wipes

Dust wipes can be used to detect lead dust in buildings, especially those built before 1978. Dust wipe testing is recommended after any renovations, repairs, or maintenance work in these buildings, especially if children are present. Dust wipes can also be used before work begins to determine if a building is already contaminated.

Dust wipes can be used to clear rental properties that can not be partially or fully cleared for risk assessments.

XRF Evaluations

XRF is an acronym for X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy. XRF is a non-destructive analytical technique used to determine if lead exists under painted materials, even if layers and layers deep. An XRF can help determine if a house can be passed with a full or partial risk assessment.

Mold Testing

Mold testing is a process that involves collecting samples from a home or building to determine the type and concentration of mold in the environment. Mold testing can help identify the level of infestation and the next steps to take.

Whether on surface or in the air, we can test these areas for any mold concerns.
